BuildMetrica — construction management as SaaS, from portfolio to unit

Why we built it

Construction firms keep running their portfolios in spreadsheets long after the sites get serious: sales in one file, expenses in another, and the real state of every building and unit in someone's head. BuildMetrica is Vendenis's answer as a product — the operational core we kept rebuilding for construction clients, productised once and maintained properly.

What it does

BuildMetrica models the business the way builders think: a portfolio of projects, each project its buildings, each building its units — with sales, reservations, buyers and payment schedules attached where they belong. Expenses land against projects and categories, dashboards read the whole hierarchy in real time, and fiscal workflows produce the documents the accountant actually needs.

Licensing

BuildMetrica is licensed the way firms actually buy: monthly or yearly subscriptions for teams that want a managed service, a lifetime licence for firms that prefer to own their tooling, and on-premises deployment per agreement where the data must stay in the house. Every model includes updates for the duration of the licence.

Where it fits

BuildMetrica is developed, operated and supported by Vendenis as a first-party product — the same engineering standard as our client work, on a roadmap we control. It pairs naturally with our construction-sector engagements, and it is the system we reach for when a client's next question is how to run the business behind the site.
