Acceptance of these terms

By opening and using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply to every visitor, whether or not you contact us through the forms.

Separate written agreements govern the work we do for clients. Where such an agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails for that work.

Who we are

This website is operated by Vendenis, a technology and digital engineering company with its seat in Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. Full legal disclosure is published on our Impressum page, and the way we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Permitted use of this website

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own information and for legitimate business evaluation of our services. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain access to any area, account or system that is not made public, or probe, scan or test the security of the site;
• interfere with the site's availability, for example by overloading it, or by circumventing rate limits and anti-abuse measures;
• extract content systematically by scraping, crawling or automated means for republication or for training a dataset, without our written permission;
• misuse the enquiry or application forms to send advertising, malware or fraudulent content.

We may restrict access where any of the above occurs, in order to protect the site and its other users.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, layout, graphics, logos, brand marks, generated imagery and source code are owned by Vendenis or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.

You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our written permission. The Vendenis name and marks may not be used without it.

Accuracy, content and availability

We write the content of this site with care and keep it under editorial review, but it is general information about our capabilities and not professional, legal or technical advice for a specific situation. Do not act on it without discussing your own circumstances with us.

Case studies and product pages describe work as delivered; results in another project depend on its own conditions and are not a promise of the same outcome. We may change, move or withdraw any content at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.

What you send us

You are responsible for what you submit through the enquiry and application forms: it must be accurate, lawful, free of malicious content, and yours to send. Please do not send confidential material through them - a form is not a secure channel for a trade secret, and we will tell you how to share such material properly.

If you send us an unsolicited idea, proposal or feedback, we may use it without obligation or payment, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. This does not affect your personal data, which is handled strictly under our privacy policy.

Links to other websites

Where we link to another website we do so because we believe it is useful at the time of linking. Those sites are operated by others: we do not control them, we do not adopt their content as our own, and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave our site.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Vendenis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profit, lost business or loss of data, nor for interruptions, errors or content on sites we link to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and our services develop. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. Material changes are announced here.

Governing law, jurisdiction and contact

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, and the competent courts of Prishtina have jurisdiction. Where you deal with us as a consumer, mandatory protections of the country in which you live continue to apply.
