Two sessions from the delivery floor
Vendenis joins this year's Adriatic Tech Forum in Tirana with two sessions drawn directly from client work. The first covers what it takes to run AI-assisted features in regulated industries — from audit trails to fallback behaviour when a model is unavailable.
The second is a hands-on workshop on treating web performance as an engineering discipline: budgets in CI, measuring what users actually feel, and the regressions that dashboards hide.
