Vendenis introduces BuildMetrica, its construction-management platform

Vendenis has released BuildMetrica, a construction-management platform developed as its own product. It models a firm's work the way builders think about it — a portfolio of projects, the buildings inside each one and the individual units inside those — and keeps sales, expenses and progress against that same structure.

Dashboards read the full hierarchy in real time, and fiscal workflows produce the documents accounting actually needs, so the numbers stop living in parallel spreadsheets.

Licensed the way firms buy

BuildMetrica is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, as a lifetime licence for firms that prefer to own their tooling, and as an on-premises deployment per agreement where data must stay in the house. Updates are included for the duration of the licence, and the platform is developed and supported by the Vendenis engineering team.
